  • If you want a paid stock photo, you can purchase the stocks or I can. I will just include it on the invoice. Stock links will be given together with the sample options.

  • For more than three (3) covers, you have a free Book Box Design included.

Map Illustration

If you are into fantasy and love a good worldbuilding, here's a great idea. Commission a map for your fantasy world that you can also share with your readers.

  • Package rates will increase depending on the complexity of your ideas. Better to send an inquiry to get an estimated cost.

  • COMMERCIAL USE +65% of chosen package

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Give this a careful read so we’re on the same page.

CLIENT APPROVAL AND REVISIONS

  • Clients must approve all materials before finalization. Revisions are allowed within 1 month after delivery. A 10% fee applies beyond the given period.

PAYMENTS

DEPOSIT

  • A non-refundable 50% retainer is required for all projects, unless a previous agreement has been established between the Client and Pixels and Stocks.

  • The retainer should be paid within 3 days after Pixels and Stocks informs the Client that the project is set to start.

FINAL PAYMENT

  • The outstanding balance is to be settled prior to the delivery of the finalized project

RUSH PROJECTS

  • Rush projects on any design services will incur an additional 15% of the total project cost.

OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT

  • Full payment grants you the rights to use the final approved design for its intended purpose. However, the Client must NOT alter the final project design in any way outside of size changes for printing or digital display. In case of any desire to alter, please consult Pixels and Stocks.

  • Pixels and Stocks retain the right to showcase the project in its portfolio and marketing materials.

  • All final designs, unused drafts, concepts, or rejected designs remain my property and are not to be recreated by another person/designer.

PURPOSE

  • Commissioned projects are intended for a single specific use and a single publisher only. Using the same design for another version or publisher will require a new license at the applicable rate.

SOURCE FILE

  • Any working files (PSD, inDD) are Pixels and Stock’s property and do not allow the designs to be altered in any form unless an agreement is established between Client and Pixels and Stocks.

CANCELLATION

  • Clients may cancel anytime, but deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Client is fully responsible for proofing any project designs before approval.

  • If the client provides third-party materials, they are responsible for securing the rights to use them before Pixels and Stocks includes them in the project.

ATTRIBUTION

  • Pixels and Stocks require credit to appear in the Client’s book, whether on the back of the cover or inside on the copyright page.

  • Attribution should appear as: Louise De Ramos (Pixels and Stocks) or just my name Louise De Ramos.

  • If possible, Pixels and Stocks requests to be tagged/mentioned in social media posts or any promotional posts. @pixelsandstocks

COMPLIMENTARY COPY

  • A complimentary copy of the cover or layout projects are optional but always appreciated.
